….The conference was related to the Covid19 era and I was invited to share my views, advocate and talk about the use of Art as prevention of domestic violence during covid19. Proposing alternatives to conventional patriarchal constructs embedded in societies and cultures around the world.
The event was a follow-up on previous UN event where I was a member of a think tank supporting a summit regarding the topic of “Increasing Domestic violence during covid”. My share was recruiting information and voices of refugees from lesbos as well as Palestinians LGBTQ seeking refuge.
The event was honored by the blessings of his Holiness Pope Francis and support of Antonio Gueterres, and United nations Secretary-General.
